Best christmas ornament sets, Unbreakable ideas to chosoe

Any recommendations? As a kid, I always hated glitter, and I can’t find pretty ornaments without glitter in a box. What brand of Christmas ornaments do you buy?

What country are you in? So I can help you better

I love visiting Christmas markets and finding decorations. Nothing beats handmade ornaments, and they come in all kinds: some with glitter, some without. I live near the beach, so there’s always a ton of nautical decor. Plus, you meet new people! :christmas_tree:

I almost never buy new Christmas ornaments. I have many with sentimental value, like the ones my mom bought every year and wrote my name on, and the ones I carved my dog’s paws into clay, Christmas ornaments that represent each year of our marriage, things like that. We also have decorative icicles, Harry Potter, Doctor Who, and Star Wars ornaments, etc. We fill the gaps with simple red and gold baubles. We don’t have many stock ornaments.

Hahaha, he looks like my older brother. He hated glitter. You can find wooden ornaments at Target’s Shop of Wonders. Hallmark also offers glitter-free keepsake ornaments. Otherwise, most big-box stores also carry regular decorative balls.

Now I only buy fabric and wooden ornaments. I hate glitter too. And there’s no risk of breaking them. I bought most of them at Target.

I bought beautiful wooden Christmas balls and flower bouquets. Every year I add a beautiful piece to my collection. For my first Christmas, we each received simple glass balls and a pretty ornament (my husband and I each chose one). We filled the room with fluffy garlands. Later, we switched to wide metallic ribbons. That’s when we got our first Christmas ornament. Over the years, the collection has grown, but we’ve kept the original glass balls.

Mall kiosks sell cute, glitter-free, personalized decorations. They’re usually available Thanksgiving weekend! Vintage brand Shiny Brite Co. has created some gorgeous decorations. You can find them on eBay.
