Finally (4 years later) bought wreaths for double doors and doors won’t shut with over the door hangers. Help please!
There are Crown-quality Command hooks! I’ve used them myself for the same reason.
My husband uses fishing line, and I think a nail. We hung a wreath inside and outside the doors.
You can hang the wreath using ribbon [and then nail or clip the ribbon to the top of the door frame]. However, I think a Velcro closure would probably look better for this type of wreath.
A small, thin nail on the bottom panel of the door would probably help. Or some extreme checker stripes for the exterior. A beautiful wreath!
We use Command hooks! I’ve had the same one on my door for years (I hang wreaths year-round) and it’s never fallen off.
