This year, I wasn’t thrilled with my black and white tree. I needed more space to hang the individual ornaments. I found a box of tinsel branches without a stem. I took a branch from a heavily pruned holly tree and started making holes in it to thread the tinsel branches through. Once the branch is dry, I’ll probably paint it shiny black.
Now it’s time to get creative. I can’t wait to see the finished project!

Okay, I see what you’re talking about. Good imagination. We have pencil trees and artificial alpine trees around the house, but I often think about buying a feather tree to see the ornaments better.
