I’m ultimately going to decorate each window with a wreath and ribbon, but I’m wondering what size would be ideal. Has anyone done this before? Do you know how much space I need from each side of the wreath to the edges of the window? I don’t want it too small or too big.
I’d say it all depends on the window size. For regular windows, the standard width is between half and two-thirds. For larger windows, it’s a little smaller. Why not cut a mockup out of kraft paper to get an idea of what size best fits your windows?
A giant wreath that stretches across the entire width of your house. Anything less would be an insult.
Sounds like a good excuse to watch some Christmas movies and get a sense of scale…
