My husband and I feel like idiots. We love the wreath, but it’s supposed to glow from dusk to dawn. You can turn it on and it turns off before dawn. It never turns itself on at night. It only has one button, but you can’t see the settings. What are we missing? I’m sure it’s very simple, and we’ll feel ridiculous.
There’s a timer: 6 hours on, then 18 hours off. It should stay on if you leave it on the clock. We have one, and it comes on every night.
As mentioned, this is a non-adjustable timer. Turn it on at the desired time in the evening (or plug it into the wall outlet): it will stay on for six hours, turn off for eighteen hours, and then turn back on.
It seems to have a timer, so turn it on when it’s dark. It might turn off during the day.
Sometimes it only takes one click to turn them on and off, but two clicks to make them light-sensitive. Or something equally incomprehensible. Try it.
If you can’t find the switch, simply stick a piece of electrical tape over the light sensor.
I don’t know if my Costco crown is like yours, because I’ve had it for a few years. It has three settings on a small green dial. One of them has a symbol that looks like a clock: this is the timer setting.
