I bought some cheap wreath fabric from Walmart, wrapped it with wire, and glued on ornaments. I love them! 
The cabinet handles are very clever
How did you hang them? I did the same thing last year: I put masking tape on the back of the closet doors. I had to re-stick them all at least once.
