I’m guessing this is a slime mix If it were me, I’d open it and add a few drops of water
Maybe it’s kinetic sand You can make different types of slime, like cloud slime, by adding ingredients to regular slime I know you can add airdry foam clay to slime to give it a different texture I think you can use kinetic sand in the same way
Maybe it’s a glowinthedark powder that mixes with premade slime It’s a lot like the powder I add to resin to make it glow in the dark
It looks like phosphorescent dust
