i am really amazed that we buy large nuumber of christmas tree and ornament them and put lights on them. but i do now know why exactly it has relation with god gesus and why we buy xmas trees so
Yeah it is kind of cool how it became such a big tradition. The Christmas tree actually started more like a winter symbol before it got linked to Jesus. People used evergreens to show life during cold months. Later it mixed with Christian customs to celebrate Christmas. Now it’s more about joy family and light than deep religion for most folks.
there is no direct link in the bible. the tree came from old winter traditions in europe. later people just added it into christmas and gave it meaning about life and hope.
